ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

 

 

Sealed bids for Clinton City Schools - NBPSCF  Roof Renovation Project, will be received by the 

Owner at 1207 Elizabeth St, Clinton, NC, 28328 by 1:30 p.m., December 8th, 2022, at which 

time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Prime Bidders & major subcontractors may receive a complete PDF set of plans and 

specifications upon request to the office of the Engineer.  

Potential bidders are advised to familiarize themselves with the Bidder Qualifications 

contained in the specifications prior to submitting bid documents. 

 

All questions should be directed to the Engineer at the phone number indicated. A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.,  November 17th , at L.C. Kerr Elementary 

School, 112 Kimbrough Rd., Clinton, NC.  The meeting will proceed to Butler Elementary 

School, 301 W. Butler Ave., Clinton , NC,  and conclude at Sunset Avenue School, 505 Sunset 

Ave., Clinton, NC. 

 

Attendance is Recommended. 

 

Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. 

 

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award 

contract to other than the low bidder should it be deemed in their best interest
