Winston-Salem BB & T Baseball Park Roof Project

Project Profile: BB&T Ballpark – Winston-Salem, NC

Allied Roofing Co., Inc. was proud to be awarded the contract from Samet Corporation for the new downtown ballpark. This project begin in 2008 and finished in 2010. Allied’s scope of work included the installation of 45,500 square feet of custom colored membrane roofing system and sheet metal fabrications. The stadium hosts the Winston-Salem Dash ball team which is the Class-A advanced minor league affiliate for the Chicago White Sox.

During the 2010 season, the Dash drew 312,313 fans to the ballpark and the team finished with the best overall record in the Carlolina League.

BB&T Ballpark was named “Ballpark of the Year” by BASEBALLPARKS.com and Ballpark Digest awarded the franchise “2010 Organization of the Year”.

Allied Roofing Company, Inc. was honored to be involved with such a successful project.
