Allied Roofing receives Firestone "Master Contractor" designation in 2007!

Firestone Building Products Company recently presented Allied Roofing Company with the 2007 Master Contractor Award to recognize the company's quality workmanship on roof installations during 2006. This prestigious industry award is based on total square footage and quality points accumulated for achieving exceptional inspection ratings for installation of Firestone asphalt-based, EPDM, and thermoplastic products. What an achievement for such a young company!

Roofing Contractors "team up" for Extreme Home Makeover Project!

In December, 2006, Allied Roofing was selected to participate in an Extreme Makeover project in Raleigh, NC. This five day project to help a needy family involved the reconstruction of a house and the renovation of a community center across the street. Allied Roofing assisted the team by donating materials and labor, re-roofing the building, replacing all perimeter metals, and adding new soffit all in about 7 hours! With approximately 40 employees on the job, the team started in the afternoon and worked into the night with lights set up on the roof. It was a very rewarding and impressive achievement. The Extreme Makeover show is scheduled to air January 21, 2007. Allied Roofing continues to look for new ways to give back to North Carolina communities!
